Ratnam and Co and their SAM platform have really made life easier as a newly launching DSP. Ratnam helped me deal with all the pre-launch paperwork and dealt with HMRC/Companies House on my behalf. When launching, the SAM platform has been invaluable to help with onboarding - it's very intuitive to use, has many helpful features to make scheduling and invoicing very smooth for you and drivers. Imani is great in terms of support - always on hand to help, and generally the team have been super responsive to feedback and are constantly developing the platform. Drivers are also happy with the ease of app use and the offer for accountancy services beyond just invoicing offered by Ratnam and co. Thank you
